Leadership is that quality of the leaders which helps the employees to do the right things at the right time. The leaders who possess positive leadership skills have purposeful vision and enlightened ideas to promote their employees. Leaders always try to bring the change in the society and the organization with their innovative approaches. Different types of Leadership styles are democratic leaders, hands-off leaders and the leaders belong to the political party. The effective leaders are those, who always try to encourage their sub-employees to complete their task in a definite time frame and with a very positive attitude. There are various types of characteristics which the leaders possess. Enthusiastic approach towards the work is the major characteristic which a leader should possess. The sequential management approach and the handling of the situation in an orderly manner will be considered as one of the best characteristic of an effective leader. The good leader always tries to give their best performance in an adverse conditions also. They always try to keep themselves calm and comfortable to solve the situations.

The traits are also added as an additional feature of the leaders. The good leader should be confident and presentable in any type of crowd. This trait will make the leaders extraordinarily smart and adjustable in any condition. Team orientation, limitation of time and compulsive approach towards the work are the common traits which help the leaders make the organized society. The other traits which should be followed by the leaders are self discipline, stability towards emotions. If these characteristics and traits are followed by the leaders, it will automatically result into the successful leadership strategy in the organization. I also believe to follow the positive traits and characteristics related to the leadership. By following these traits, it becomes quite easier to manage the sequential working system flow in the organization. I also tried to follow these leadership skills with my employees so that the employees can also be able to build a positive attitude towards the work and can adjust well with the working environment.
