Email is an important communication tool. Once you join an organization it will be a part of your  daily routine as it will be an way of communication and you cannot make any mistake while writing an it as it will create a negative impression on the receiver.There are some points to be remembered while writing an email

  • It should always  be left align
  • Do not use words like Ma’am and no comma to be used
  • Always remember tonality of the email always matters.
  • There should be space between paragraph.
  • It should contain head body and salutation
  • Salutation can be (yours sincerely ,Thanks and regards) depending on the matter
