What is the key to success?

There is no shortage of writings on how to achieve success. I have read ample of them and now writing a bit of my thoughts.

“Failures are a part of life.

If you don’t fail, you don’t learn.

If you don’t learn, you will never change”

According to me, it’s our mindset about different things that happens that makes all the difference.Going into a pursuit and convincing yourself that failure isn’t an acceptable option can not only hamper your creativity, it also makes much difficult to bounce back from failure if it happens.

We have to set our intentions to an outcome that we can control because we are the only judge that matters here. No one is a failure until they choose to be.

“Failure is the seed of growth and success”

Every failure comes with lessons, teachings and opportunities; it’s up to you to identify them. The one investment that will never let you down ever is an investment that we build in yourself. Because that is an investment that no one can take away from you. Every failure induces something, every failure inspires, every failure tells us our mistake which we can improve and achieve our goals successfully.

Even if our skills and efficiency become outmoded, the experience of having learned them prepares us to learn more skills.

Failure is not the end destination, in fact is the beginning of success, an opportunity to learn. By getting effected from small failures we tend to lose our ability to learn.

“The quickest road to success is to possess an attitude toward failure of ‘no fear’,”

We always self doubt after failure, we doubt on our ability to do something. Basically we just stop believing in our self and that is at the exact moment when our dreams become unattainable. Failure does not mean that we were stupid for having tried to do something, it means we had the courage to explore and experience and to see what works and what doesn’t.

Einstein once said “Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree it will spend its whole life believing that is stupid”. So people, do not judge yourself from failures. If you decide to never be a failure you are bound to be a success person.
