University of Agriculture Science Dharwad (UASD) invites application for the posts of Subject Matter Specialist in Dharwad.

Interested candidates for the post of Subject Matter Specialist are required to suit to the following criteria:

Age: The age of the candidates applying for the position of Subject Matter Specialist should be as per University of Agriculture Science Dharwad (UASD) rules and guidelines.

Qualification: The candidates applying for the position of Subject Matter Specialist should have Master level Degree in concerned subject from a recognized Indian Institute.

Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs. 21000/- Per Month.

Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available with UASD for the post of Subject Matter Specialist is 10.

Selection criteria: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their walk-in-interview that will be held at Chamber of Director, Extension, UAS, Dharwad on 24^th August 2015.

The interested candidates are also required to note down the following points before they apply:

The post is on contractual basis for a period of 31^st December 2015 for KVK and for 179 days for AEEC.
Candidate should have cleared the National Eligibility Test.
For the candidates having Master Degree NET shall remain Compulsory along with one publication NAAS.
Candidate should have good academic record with at least 55% at the Master degree level.
An equivalent grade of B in 7 point scale with letter grades O / A / B / C / D / E & F at the Master Degree level in concerned subjects from a recognized Indian University or an equivalent degree from a foreign university.
