Age Limit:- The age of the candidate for the post of Executive Director should be 52 years as on 26^th June 2015.

Qualification:- Candidate should have essential bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Electrical engineering / Technology or its equivalent. Preferable, Two years full time or three year part time post-Graduation degree or post-graduation Diploma in Management Administration with specification in Marketing / Finance OR Degree in Law.

Selection Procedure:- Selection will be on the basis of in-Basket exercises, committee exercises, presentation, Group Discussion and personal Interview.

Age Relaxation:- The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.

Experience:- Candidate must possess 20 year post qualification experience in Power Sector. At least 5 year experience should have been in a positions having high responsibility such as Superintending engineer and above, out of which 3 years in a position like chief engineer / Head of the department or its equivalent in Power Sector.

Application Fee:- Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 600/- for open category candidates / applied against open category candidates and Rs 300/- for Reserved category candidates by way of demand draft in favor of Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited, payable at Mumbai.
