HDFC Life Smart Achievers Program:        

HDFC Life’s Smart Achievers Program is an initiative by HDFC Life in association with Manipal Global to nurture industry leaders of the future by imparting domain expertise and skill sets in the field of insurance.

We are looking for students, who can join immediatley with an advance course fee payment of Rs 1.25 Lakh exclusive of taxes ( Now you can pay just Rs 10,000/- and can book the seat )

Program Highlights:

  • Guaranteed job at HDFC Life with a fixed salary of Rs 3 Lakh per annum plus incentives on successful course completion
  • Post Graduate Diploma in Insurance degree from a well-recognized ‘Manipal Global’ University in a year
  • 4 months of residential classroom training based out of Manipal’s Campuses at Bengaluru or Jaipur with a monthly allowance of Rs 2500
  • 2 months On the job training at their base location
  • Earn a stipend of Rs 16,000/-  per month during the 6-month internship plus incentives
  • Performance based sales incentives over and above salary
    Preferred location for job posting
  • After successful completion of this course, candidate will be hired by HDFC Life as ‘Executive Sales Trainee’ at J2 band (one level above than the entry level front line sales employees)

Course Fee :  INR 1,25,000 (Includes Tuition fee, Lodging and Boarding) plus taxes @ 12.36% (INR 1,40, 450 including tax)

Mode of payment: 

  1. a)   a) Down payment of entire course fee by own 
  2. b)   b) 3 instalment payment (INR 73034, 33708 & 33708)
  3. c)   c) Education loan facilityavailable to fund for the entire course fee
  4. d)   d) Admission with Rs 10,000/- and remaining fee will be managed by LOAProgram Structure:

    The program aims to cover all the nuances of insurance in just 6 months as well as provide students with hands-on-experience

    • Overview of the BFSI industry
    • Fundamentals of finance and financial markets
    • Detailed concepts of Life Insurance
    • Overview of the core functions within the Life Insurance Industry
    • Building distribution and managing financial consultants
    • Developing effective Sales capabilities
    • Practical On the job Sales experience
    • Soft skills development viz. Communication skills, Team Management etc

    Walk-interviews on All Monday, Tuesday and Thursday
