Frustration

Frustration today is a common term…

It is defined by,a common response to emotional depression…it arises from resistance of fulfilling one’s personal will.Thus it gives arise to anxiety,depression,emotional depressions and stuff like that…

The main causes of frustration includes—>

1.Individual expecting anger,from someone for a longer period of time.

2.Low self confidence ,hence it gives rise to low self esteem>when they realize about this they often falls down to the poor cause of self frustration.

3.It can be a result of blocking motivated behavior.

4.It may be result of trying to deal with intimate problems that are often not openly discuss-able with others

5.Some  people  are predisposed towards feelings of frustration, indexed in terms of temperament (frustration) across adolescence and neurotic-ism in adulthood.

The main symptoms of frustration are–>

1.In positive cases, this frustration grow up too great for the individual to contend with and thus leading to self        un-satisfaction.However they may gradually control it by their will power.

2.In negative cases, the individual may perceive the source of frustration to be outside of their control thus this will continue to build up and hence grow up inside them until thy burst out in terms of emotions.

Frustrations may have a deepening effect on our minds.  It is unrealistic to think that you can remove your frustrations forever however you may cope up with your problems very easily by following some simple steps they are…

1. you need to think over what you are going to do and what effects it may have before doing anything too rashly.

2.If you ever encounter a problem try to face it instead of avoiding it all total.

3. If you ever face a problem you may try to deal with a friend whom you may trust no matter what happens.

Thus my friends don’t be frustrated try to deal with it before it becomes a real problem.
