Gone are the days, when people think that India is facing only 3 crucial problems ie . Population, Poverty and unemployment and problem of Brain drain is completely neglected,but What is Brain – Drain..!?
Answer is simple when our intelligent minds walk out of our own country because of various factors to other countries .People may be of any profession like Doctor, Engineer etc if go out from their motherland ,it will be great loss to motherland
This problem is not only in India but nearly all developing countries are facing this problem some of the factors responsible for this act are.;
- Proper recognisation, if a person is not getting it then he walks to other country
- Better Job opportunities and salary
- Advance facilities to extend knowledge
And the main reason our Reservation policy
Because of these factors we lost many intelligent and young talent. Major part of White house is designed by an Indian Architect. Noble prize winner Dr Khurana is from India.Kalpna chawla who made history is from Indian origin.India always produce such type of minds who can rule the world.
Though in foreign countries people earn so much in a month, but they are not going to earn in their whole life in India, but money is a secondary thing. Everyone wants to comeback to their motherland and if we give them proper recognition they will surely come back because be in any part of the world Indians are Indians.
India is a country of Unity in diversity which anyone cannot found in any other part of the world
Indians know that East or west , India is the best.
So in the end I would like to say that proper measures should be taken to give them proper recognosation, better job opportunities and facilities so that they will not find reason to go to any other country…and the day is not far when India will be counted in the developed countries.p

It’s high time people come out of the Kalpana Chawla phase. She was a legend and a proud Indian but it’s time we give some credits to our younger generation for taking the world at storm.

You are absolutely correct! Indian government and state governments spent a lot of money for education. But once they are capable of getting job, they move to foreign countries and settle there. Its time we work for our own country!

all the problems are linked together and Brain Drain is a big problem faced by specially developing and under-developed countries ! Talent of these countries do not get much needed facilities and as a result they move out . There is a link in all of them , it proves to be GREAT LOSS of the country when their is ‘ Brain Drain’, the talent of the country moves out and contributes to the development of other countries instead of their own one !
