The women participation to area of growth and development is always being under estimated by dominating ideology. Women have more potential to give knowledge back to society, the Women psyche and independent thought process, since the beginning of Human existence create an impact globally to inclusive growth and development policies and framework.

Women empowerment made through inculcating entrepreneur skills and skill development program as self Help groups etc. There are various central government and state government schemes available but due to lack of information causes losing opportunities. The major parameters that will judge towards Women participation towards empowering herself are Social support, Update Knowledge and information.

Women education can impact the family and the world very effectively by various means, its important to strengthen the confidence of women to being an independent  in various services and development programs. Currently, Majorly women servicing in sectors of BFSI, BPO/ITES, Pharma, Software&IT, Telecom. The area of entrepreneurship comprises of Beauty parlors, Household items, stitching etc.

There are various NGOs and Council working towards Women developments such as Federation of Indian Women Entrepreneurs (FIWE), Consortium of Women Entrepreneurs(CWEI), SAARC Chamber Women Entrepreneurship Council, Women Empowerment Corporation etc.
