Indo-Tibetan Border Police Force (ITBP) invites application for the posts of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) and Head Constable (Combatant Ministerial) Group – C Non-Gazette (Non-Ministerial) in All India.
Interested candidates for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) are required to suit to the following criteria:
Age: The age of the candidates should not less than 18 years and should not more than 25 years as on 1st August 2015.
Qualification: The candidates should have intermediate or senior secondary certificate (+2 class) examination from a recognized board or university or equivalent and dictation – 10 minutes @ 80 w.p.m. Transcription – 50 minutes in English on computer or 65 minutes in Hindi on computer.
Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs 5200 – 20200/- Per Month.
Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available with ITBP for the post of Assistant Sub-Inspector (Stenographer) is 10.
Interested candidates for the post of Head Constable are required to suit to the following criteria:
Age: The age of the candidates should not less than 18 years and should not more than 25 years as on 1st August 2015.
Qualification: Candidates should have intermediate or senior secondary certificate (+2 class) examination from a recognized board or university or equivalent and Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m in Hindi on computer.
Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs 5200 – 20200/- Per Month.
Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available with ITBP for the post of Head Constable is 148.
Selection criteria: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their written Exam / Physical standard and Personal Interview
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST communities.
ii) By 3 years for candidates belonging to OBC communities.
Fees Structure: Candidates are required to pay application fee Rs 50/- for General and OBC candidates by means of “Central recruitment of fee stamps”. No fee for SC / ST / EXSM candidates.
Following is the application procedure: Interested and eligible candidates may apply in prescribed application form along with photocopies of education certificates and other and two self-addressed envelope of 4 x 9 size with Rs 5/- postage stamps affixed on each envelope send to The Inspector General, North Western Frontier HQR, ITBP, Seema nagar, PO:- Airport Chandigarh (UT):- 160003 for ASI / Stenographer and the Inspector General, Northern Frontier HQR, ITBP, PO:- Seema dwar, District Dehradun (Uttarakhand) for HC / combatant ministerial on or before 10th September 2015.
