Age Limit:-The candidate should have born between 1st February 1995 to 31st January 1999 (both dates inclusive)
Qualification:-Candidate should have +2 class pass or equivalent examination with Math and Physics and at least one of these subjects, Chemistry/ Biology / Computer Science.
Selection Procedure:- Selection for the post of Sailors for Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR)-01 / 2016 Batch will be on the based on the order of merit on their performance in written Test, qualifying Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examination.
Physical Standard:- PFT will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 20 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Pushups. Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk. Candidates are to bring their sports shoes and shorts for PFT.

Candidates may also send hard copy of online application form along with attested copies of matriculation certificates, +2 marks sheet, domicile, NCC certificate 9If held) and one self-addressed envelope of size 22 x 19 cm with Rs 10/- stamp affixed on envelope send by ordinary post only to various Naval Training center as per officer notification on or before 15th June 2015.
