How the job of journalist who work in field is different from those who work in studio?

The job of journalist is very adventurous if the person do it passionately or with full of their hard work and dedication.
But there is difference in the jobs of the journalists who work on field from those who work on studio.
The journalist who work on field has to investigate ,research and collect the information from various sources and provide the whole information to the journalists who work on studio ,then from those the latest updates provided to the general public.
Sometimes those journalists who work on field create story for the news,they do sting operation to create news for their channels ,while those who work on studio connect from all these journalists who work on field and then prepare a final report.
The journalist who work on field needs good communication skills ,interaction with the interviewee and should be adventurous while the journalist who work on studio should be confident personality and should also have good sense of presentation of news.
