Compensation in terms of an employee

In this lifetime how many times have you heard the word compensation?Surely you must have heard it over a thousand times even may be a million times…

Everyone roughly has an idea about the term compensation… Compensation is basically most attractive and desirable thing which employee seek , however employee will get the compensation only if the employer will be willing to offer the same in exchange for the services offered by the employee…

There may be two kinds of compensation employed by your employer, namely the first and the second types…

1. The first one is Financial , which include your basic salary,bonus paid,loans and advances which are paid by the employer in terms of hard cash.

2. The second one is Non-Financial are nothing but includes recognition ,opportunity for growth in the organization,good organizational culture and also policies.

However compensation are given by the employer on two basis namely willingness to pay and ability to pay, willingness of the employer depends upon  the policy strategy and ethics of the organization however on other hand the ability to pay depends on the growth of the market shares and profitability of the organization.

The willingness of your compensations may vary from person to person depending on their mental cravings  and their urges that they want to fulfill during their lifetime, However their employers gives away their  compensations to an employee both financial or non-financial in terms of how capable the employee is. Thus on the whole the situation breaks down to how capable an employee is and what is he doing in order to achieve this dreams.

Some tips to achieve the right compensations are …

1. work hard starting from the beginning, an early start leaves a good impression on your superiors.

2. Try to complete your projects  within the given time range.

3.Do your best to cope up with your seniors
