Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) invites application for the posts of Constable / Driver in All India.
Interested candidates for the post of Constable / Driver are required to suit to the following criteria:
Age: The age of the candidates applying for the position of Constable / Driver-cum-pump-operator should not be less than 21 years and should not be more than 27 years.
Qualification: The candidates applying for the position of Constable / Driver-cum-pump-operator should have passed Matriculation or equivalent qualification from a recognized board and candidate should have a valid licence for heavy vehicle or transport vehicle / Light Motor vehicle and Motor cycle with gear.
Pay Scale: Candidates selected for the given post should expect a pay scale of Rs. 5200 – 20200/- Per Month.
Total no. of Posts: The number of posts available with CISF for the post of Constable / Driver-cum-pump-operator is 156.
Selection criteria: Candidates will be short listed on the basis of their Eligibility examination / Physical Efficiency Examination / written Examination and Personal Interview.
Age Relaxation: The upper age limit of the candidates applying for the position of is relaxable for the following specified categories to the extent indicated below.
i) By 5 years for candidates belonging to ST communities.
ii) By 5 years for candidates belonging to SC communities.
Experience: Candidates applying for the position of Constable / Driver-cum-pump-operator should have 03 year experience of driving heavy motor vehicle / Transport vehicle or light motor vehicle and motor cycle as on the closing date for receipt of application form.
Application Fee: Interested and eligible candidates applying for the position of Constable / Driver-cum-pump-operator are required to pay application fee of Rs 50/- in the form of Postal Order in favor of Officer Concerned CISF as per official notification and payable at the concerned post office. SC / ST / EXSM candidates are exempted from application fee.
Following is the application procedure: Interested and eligible candidates applying for the position of Constable / Driver-cum-pump-operator may apply in prescribed application form along with two self-attested envelope 8 X 19 cm size duly affixing postal stamps for Rs 22/- thereon, two additional self-signed passport size photograph are required to attached duly clipped along with application form. The envelope containing above documents should be super-scribed “Application for the position of” send to concerned zonal DIG of CISF office as per official notification before 3rd October 2015.
