Business Profits Growth; What is the Role of Provider and Consumer?

There are two human beings, one is in the role of a provider and other is in the role of a consumer. The success i.e growth & Profits of the business is depend upon both provider’s delivery and consumer’s satisfactions.

Provider  may be one individual or group of people. Each individual has his own specific goals and satisfaction level. They work honestly if their individual goals satisfies or achieves. They work as a team and delivers the goods or services as a  strong unit. Everybody do his level best to perform his duties very well. But if  his individual goals does not satisfy then he does not perform his role wholeheartedly and the provider would unable to deliver goods or services as a unit, due to this a consumer would not be able to get the goods or services  up to his satisfaction level. If the consumer of a business is not satisfied , how the business will grow.? We cannot get any sympathy from our customers, they wants just their satisfaction no other things.

Every business in the world is only for a consumer. A consumer who who likes quality products, is a valuable consumer to the business because it helps in growth of the business. It is said that at last Quality survives. A strict consumer who wants delivery on time is also a good and long term customer of the business. The consumers who wants excellent services, before , during and after sale is also a valuable assets to a business.  It builds long term relationships. They do not want parties or prizes but quality products or services on time without any difficulties.

At last but not least the provider must act as a unit by satisfying each individual of his team. so that he may be able to deliver the goods or services  timely, efficiently and effectively manner  to the consumer.The growth of a business depend on its consumer satisfaction.
