JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
1. Front-End
Development:
- Design, develop, and maintain responsive
and intuitive user interfaces using the latest web technologies.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to
implement designs and ensure a seamless and visually appealing user experience.
2. Code
Development:
- Write clean, efficient, and
well-documented code.
- Implement best practices in front-end
development, ensuring high performance and maintainability.
- Stay updated on industry trends and
incorporate new tools and technologies as needed.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with back-end developers to
integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Collaborate with product managers and
other stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality
solutions.
4. Optimization:
- Identify and address performance
bottlenecks in web applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed
and scalability.
5. Testing and Debugging:
- Conduct thorough testing of applications
to identify and fix bugs and performance issues.
- Collaborate with QA teams to ensure the
delivery of high-quality products.
6. Code
Reviews:
- Participate in and conduct code reviews to
maintain code quality and consistency across projects.
7. Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical
documentation for code and development processes.
8. Mentorship:
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior
front-end developers.
- Share knowledge and best practices within
the development team.
Requirements:
1. Proven
experience as a Front-End Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing
successful projects.
2.
Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
(ES6+).
3.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., React,
Angular, Vue).
4.
Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, npm).
5. Strong
understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
6.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
7. Knowledge
of web accessibility standards and best practices.
8. Excellent
problem-solving and communication skills.
9. Ability
to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
10.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a
plus.
