What is Vskills's return policy?
As Vskills is engaged in assessment, e-learning and certification, Vskills provides hard copy of reading material for the certification chosen by the registered candidate.
In case of products that are damaged during transit, defective, etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 72 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition, Vskills will revert with a new hard copy or if applicable a soft copy of the reading material.
How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
Notify us of the damaged or defective product as soon as possible.
Please ensure that the product is returned in the original condition you had received it. We will send you a brand new replacement at no extra cost to you.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Certifications registered can not be altered or changed as all sales are final but, in exceptional cases dependent on management decision alterations may be applied. Exam dates can be changed by following the exam reschedule process.
How do I cancel an order?
All sales are final hence, order once booked and registration done, will not be cancelled.
