We always have a habit of taking help for each and every work or activity which we do in day to day life and it does not bother us at all of why we take help from others, why we require someone else help when we can do the same work by ourselves.

Self Dependency doesn’t happen overnight as it takes time for us to get into the groove of self reliance. Self Dependency is important as it helps us to overcome the problem of dependency which we have on others for doing each and every work. As Mahatma Gandhi always emphasized on Self Dependency and proclaimed that dependency on others is a sin.

Self Dependency is really important as it is one of the main aspect of the Personality Development of Human Beings. It makes us strong willed and determined person, it makes us feel that we can do anything in the world on our own terms and for that we won’t require the help of anyone. It makes us belief on our skills and knowledge which helps us to build our self confidence.

Self Dependency can also help in the development of the country’s economy. If our Country achieves Self Dependency, it will reduce our dependency on other countries over defense equipments, latest gadgets etc and will make us more innovative and creative. Moreover if we try to develop latest technologies than it will lead in the reduction of prices in the economy as it will reduce our dependency on imports.

Moreover our Image in the global market will improve and we will be looked as one of the growing powerhouse on world’s economy.

With That I conclude my article by stating that Self Dependency is not an habit but it is required in order to achieve self efficiency as well as effectiveness of doing variety of works and reduce our dependency on others.

During the 70s, 80s and even at the early 90s, Indian Channels were not dominated by Saas-Bahu Drama or by Reality Shows but by shows like Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayana and Krishna, BR Chopra’s Mahabharata, Singhassan Battissi, Chandrakanta etc. Fast Forward to early 2010 this mythological shows have made a comeback not just in tv but also in movies.

Shows like Mahadev, Mahabharata, Ramayana, Singhassan Battisi etc have made their comeback in TV with beautiful dramatisation and graphics which has influence millions and millions people not just in India but also worldwide.

For Example Mahabharata which was produced by Swastik Pictures have a major fan following in Indonesia too. So the question rises why there has been an increase in the popularity of the mythological shows.

Some believe that people are bored from day to day Saas-Bahu drama as they show the same things again and again. For Instance- Killing the main lead of the daily soap and then bring him back from the dead or Bringing the same villains again and again etc

Experts believe the need of watching something new, something different has lead to the increase in the popularity of mythological series.

Although the mythological series is gaining popularity week after week, they have also received some criticism too. Some veterans who have been part of the mythological series in the early 70s and 80s believe that the current mythological shows have twisted the stories in order to add spice so that they can attract more and more viewers to watch their shows.

They believe that the shows are against to the true essence of the characters and hence they should be banned from being telecast in the national television.

Whatever the views might be the growing popularity in the mythological tales or shows is increasing day by day and is not only influencing us but also helping us to grow as an intellectual individual.

We can define Hero in various ways. For girls, their father is the prime example of a Hero. For Kids, Comic Characters are the prime example of a hero even though the characters are unreal but still Kids love them as if they are part of their integral life.

But if anyone asks me the definition of Hero, I would say The Hero or Hero is that person who does not compromise his integrity, with his principles and works really hard even if the situation is against him.

He will try to maintain his dignity, with his principles even in the hardest and the most brutal conditions one faces in his life. For Example The Great Mahabharata Warrior Karna didn’t compromise with his integrity, with his principles and sided with Duryodhana despite knowing the fact that the Pandavas were his own brothers, his own flesh and blood. He felt that even though Duryodhana is a symbol of evil, he cannot leave Duryodhana as it will be against his principles and even if he has to die, he will die for that cause.

Another prime example which we can find from day to day life is of Mr. P.V.Sahay who sells Puppets in the streets of Connaught Place. He had invested all his life’s income in his son’s education and hoped that his son will take care of him in his old age. But few years ago his son died in a horrific accident leaving his old father, mother and a married sister behind. Mr. P.V.Sahay was broken but even at the age of 77 he didn’t compromise with his integrity and didn’t ask anyone for financial help. Instead he himself comes to Delhi From Rohtak everyday via Train in order to sell puppets in order to support his family and works really hard for it. Although his income might not be enough but for him it gives him satisfaction as he didn’t had to compromise with his integrity.

Same is the story of Mrs. Shilpi Ghosh who lost her only son in a fatal car accident. Even at the age of 83 didn’t compromise with her integrity, her principles and even though she had an easier alternative to ask someone for money. She sells chips everyday in the evening so that she can support her family without the help of others.

At the end I would like to conclude that Heroes are not born, they are made and those who does not compromise with their integrity, their principles and are not afraid of working really hard and eat and breath for others is truly a

We humans have a potential to fight back almost from any situation which he or she faces in his or her life but in order to recognize this potential and will power he or she has to consider himself someone whom they have never met before or the skill which they never explored before.

Basically Cornered Tiger is synonym which was used by Imran Khan during the 1992 Benson and Hedges World Cup when Pakistan were languishing second last and were seeing a possible exit from the World Cup. So in a match against England during the toss time he wore a t-shirt which had a tiger imprinted on it. When Ian Chappell asked him the reason behind that Imran Said that he wants his teamates to play like a CORNERED TIGER. Basically Imran Khan wanted to generate a fearless attitude in his team members so that they don’t think about the present situation and can express themselves freely. Well It did them wonders and at the end we all know who exactly won the world cup in 1992.

Basically we fear a lot after various situations which are uncertain. We should basically have an approach of a tiger as whenever a tiger is cornered by all the problems and threats in his life, he reacts aggressively and tries to fight back from his problem.

Similarly we human beings should also try to counter the problems in which we face daily with same aggression and intensity and we should never ever think about the outcome if we know we are in the right path.

We should have the self belief and trust that we can counter any problems in the world and moreover we should also realize and acknowledge the potential which we possess to its full potential.

At the end I would say that

Every Human Being is a Tiger in this world. It depends on that particular individual whether he wants to acknowledge that and tries to solve all his basic problems more freely and aggressively or he just wants to sit back and become someone who only knows to live within his fears of uncertainty.

We human being have a lot of aspirations, a lot of desires, a lot of needs etc etc and we want to do anything which is possible in our hands to achieve it.

Some goals are related to money, some to fame, some to power and some thrive to achieve success in their respective fields

Goals thrive people to go to the extent that make people either a successful individual or a failure who tried but couldn’t really execute their plans…

Sometimes failures are hard to digest but one should know that when you try to achieve something you tend to win some and you tend to lose some. Failure should be acknowledged as they help us to work more hard so that we can achieve our goals with flying colors.

Hence If you want to achieve any goals in your life you just have to know

That Sometimes you will win

Sometimes You will lose

BUt if you have faith in yourself and if you are confident

Sometimes we feel betrayed that nobody supports us, nobody gives a damn about us, nobody cares, etc and due to which we get demoralized, we lose hope and we don’t know where we will end up to and what will we do.

Rather than thinking about all those things we should better be self-reliant on our self and should not think about what are the people views about us and whether they will support us or not.

Ekla Cholo Re ( WALK ALONE) is a famous poem which is written by Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore which depicts about the hardships and tribulations which an individual encounters and how that individual should be self-reliant and self-confident and he should not care whether anyone supports him or her or not.

Like in the poem individuals face a lot of tribulations in their jobs. They always feel insecure due as they don’t get support from their colleagues as well as from their boss on various aspects of corporate life due to which we feel dejected.

Rather than getting dejected on those matters, the individuals should have faith in himself and should try to pull himself up from that drastic situation. He should not expect anything neither from his colleagues nor from his friends etc as he should always remember this fact that “In this world, he came alone and from this world, he will go alone and hence he should learn to fight alone from all the demons and devils which he has in his life”

Relationship Marketing plays an important role in increasing the sales of a firm. It lays emphasis on improving the relationship of companies with their customers so that customers help them in increasing the sales of the firm.

Before I explain you further about Relationship Marketing let I define you the term:- ” Relationship Marketing is a type of Marketing where the companies use various marketing strategies and marketing policies that directs in the satisfaction of the needs and wants of the consumers that not only increases their bond with the customers but also enables them to increase their market base as well as sales in the future”.

Relationship Marketing has played a big impact in the Market Economy and hence due to that lot of Industrial as well as Corporate Sectors are taking this type of Marketing very seriously. For Example ICICI BANK in 2012 launched a campaign in order to increase their connect with the Indian Public with the tagline HUM HAIN NAA , where they showed that there are not a bank but a family member who take care of your needs and wants. The ad was a huge success as not only increased their worth but also enabled to reach to new heights.

Hence Relationship Marketing has a big future not only in Indian but also in Global Market and those companies and industries are able to reap the benefits and opportunities attached to it have a great chance to secure the place in the market.

MAHABHARATA is the greatest epic which is written on this planet. It includes all the dramas, wars, hypes etc which we see on movies and televisions at present date. There have been lots of character who have great influence over this great epic notably Lord Krishna, Arjuna, Bheeshma, Bhima, Dronacharya and lots others. But one character which starts out according to me is one and only KARNA.

The debate has been going on for years and years that who between Arjuna and Karna was a true warrior. Even though Arjuna had defeated him but with the help of lot of factors such as Lord Prashuram’s and a Brahmin’s curse, Lord Indra who took away his Armour, His mother who took away his identity his rights etc…

If we evaluate carefully to the factors we will find out that it was not Arjuna who killed him alone. Karna was born due to the eagerness and curiosity of her mother Kunti who wished to try the boon given by Sage Durvasa. Afraid of being an unwed mother, she set Karna afloat in the river where he was found by Adhiratha, a charioteer And his wife Radha who raised him as their own son& Radha loved him dearly hence Karna was also known as Radheya (Radha’s son)

Karna is the first person in the history who had faced the tribulation of being born in a low caste (although he was kshatriya). He was humiliated from time after time for this fact only and faced a lot of hostilities from his brothers The PANDAVAS…

But despite all this he fought his ways up, earning well deserved respect and showed great amount of martial skills which are recorded in Mahabharata.an admiration expressed by Krishna and Bhishma within the body of this work.

He is always remembered not only for his skill as an archer but also for generosity, courage and also for his loyalty towards Duryodhana. Despite the fact that he knew that he was fighting against his own brother and he was in the losing side, he did not leave Duryodhana.

We youngsters can learn a lot from the life of a true warrior and can imply them in our own life as well so that we can also become

AS GREAT AS KARNA WAS

Sometimes we take some decisions in life instantly without giving any thought about the outcome which might incur. Sometimes it works in our favor and sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes it opens a door full of opportunities and sometimes it leads us to the pit of obscurity. What if we were patient enough to give it a thought of what might have been if we assessed the situation better. If we would had taken more time to decide on something. Would had the situation been different????

Yes it would had… Patience is the Key to any individuals success. One should assess and evaluate the given situation more carefully and effectively and efficiently. He/She should check the positives as well as the negatives of every situation before making any king of judgements…

For e.g If you are hardworking and you believe that you have given your 100% in each and every activity in which you were engaged in then you should have patience to wait for the outcome as hard work never fails and you should not drastically take ant such decisions which might have a negative affect on you for the rest of your life…

Hence it is a suggestion for all of you out there to have some patience in life as it will not only provide you the opportunity but also will give you the necessary weapons to take advantage of those opportunity out there….
