He has wide experience across industries including Consulting, Pharmaceuticals, Media, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Telecom etc and has driven transformation across functions including IT, F&A/Shared Services (P2P, O2C, R2R, Corporate Finance), Procurement, Travel & Expense, Business Development and Expenses, Promotions, Marketing, HR and various other Corporate functions etc. He possesses an excellent stakeholders management skill set along with convincing abilities driven by client value creation. He is proficient in management/client presentations and has led many executive meetings. He manages equilibrium between three pillars of people, process and technology day in and day out. He has exposure in dealing with both private and government stakeholders. He has closely driven various Re-Engineering, Automation, Analytics and other AI/ML projects; and possesses hands-on expertise in process/product creation/evaluation/re-engineering/transformation. He has more than 16 Years of experience. At present he is associated with Accenture to drive Business Transformation global programs. His last assignment was with Lupin Limited at their HO, Mumbai driving digital transformation and analytics across pharmaceutical group companies across the globe. He has built teams from scratch and has proven records of turning around inefficient processes/products in record time by designing & executing Industry 4.0 journeys. He also brings in experience of building up the Center of Excellence (CoE). He has led teams of different sizes. He is always passionate about learning something new. Presently he is focusing on QML, XAI & Digital Twins.
