Responsibilities:
- Thoroughly analyzing, profiling, and understanding data encompassing all aspects of commercial real estate such as property management, accounting, debt, and fund reporting.
- Transcription of data from source into standard formats where necessary to enable ingestion into the systems.
- Testing of products for integrity, accuracy, and feature functionalities.
- Reviewing and providing quality assurance for the above tasks performed by other team members.
- Understanding the inter dependencies between teams and contributing according to the requirements of other teams.
Skill Set:
- An exceptionally high level of attention to detail.
- Quick learning ability and translation of learnings into application.
- A commitment to deliver quality, error-free work.
- Proficiency in advanced excel (such as pivot tables, nested Ifs etc.).
- Basic proficiency in all other Microsoft applications.
- An ability to communicate in grammatically correct English, both spoken and written.
- Ability to convey complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
- A solution-oriented mind-set.
- A sense of commitment and be completely self-driven.
Academic/Other Qualifications:
- Post Graduate degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience of four to five years in real-estate and financial background, such as valuation, underwriting or accounting, financial analysis, or banking.
- Practical understanding of real estate and financial concepts, including cashflow models, valuation of real estate assets, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
