Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. is a joint venture of Telecommunication Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL), a Government of India enterprise, and Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), an undertaking of Delhi government. ICSIL is a Government Company and is engaged in manpower outsourcing and HR to various government departments. ICSIL is also a designated as the IT Company of government of NCT Delhi. Vskills is an ICSIL initiative.

Background

Intelligent Communication Systems India Limited (ICSIL) was incorporated in 1987 as a joint venture of Telecommunications Consultants India Limited (TCIL), a Central Government undertaking under Ministry of Communication and Information Technology and Delhi State Industrial & Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), a Government of Delhi undertaking.
ICSIL leverages its strong partnerships with services and product companies, and teams of professionals to deliver unprecedented value to its clients which are both private sector and government.

Management

ICSIL is managed by a Board of Directors – all Government nominees. The Chairman of the Board is the Managing Director of DSIIDC (Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation), who is an IAS officer. The Managing Director of ICSIL is from TCIL (Telecommunication Consultants India Limited).

ICSIL’s areas of operations

I.T. Hardware: ICSIL is an empanelled agency of Delhi government for computer hardware sourcing. It is also a nominated agency of Delhi Govt. for taking up AMC work of all departments, government undertakings, hospitals, schools and other organization of Delhi government.

Software Development: ICSIL has a team of project managers to take up software development work of Delhi government. Presently it is being engaged on a regularly basis by various departments of Delhi government.

Manpower Outsourcing: ICSIL has been empanelled with Government of NCT Delhi as an agency for providing man power to all Govt. Ministries / Departments under Govt.of NCT Delhi.

Networking : ICSIL undertakes networking projects for any number of network systems and specializes in Network Planning, Design, Implementation, Operation and Optimization, Campus Switching and Routing running voice, video and Data Wireless LAN Solutions, VPN and Network Security Solutions and IP Telephony

Education and Training: ICSIL has established IT Training Centers today has more than 150 centers running all over the country.

Besides this, over the years ICSIL has built up a solid reputation for offering world class training in software, hardware and multimedia courses. From Indian Army, Banks and other government departments—ICSIL is being sought for imparting IT Training. ICSIL is also a partner with CII for education and skills development.

Security & Surveillance items for Defense and State Police Departments: ICSIL is an empanelled vendor for intelligence communication and is focusing on Defense and State Police Departments for providing services in the areas of Security & Surveillance items like IED Jammer, Encryption Key, GSM Monitoring Equipments, Aces, VSAT, Offensive Internet monitoring (Hacking) systems, Mobile Management System, Digital Anti jamming and Secure VHF Radio set, Sim Reader Software, Explosive Detector, Binocular Lt, Laser Range Finder etc.
