Hi , I am a Admin and Facility Management leader having global exposure ,experience more than 17 years. Currently serving as Head – Facilities & Administration at Radico Khaitan Ltd., Sitapur, I lead large-scale facility operations including guest house management, horticulture development, mechanized housekeeping systems, and vendor performance management through structured SLAs and KPIs. My recent initiatives include designing a luxury guest house with a commercial kitchen, developing recreational infrastructure such as a botanical garden and open gym, and managing large-scale landscaping across a 42-acre campus. Previously, I have contributed to organizations such as JSW Steel, Coca-Cola, and Vedanta Ltd., where I successfully led projects involving transportation management, township administration, canteen operations, greenfield facility setup, and service mechanization. I have also played key roles in digital transformation initiatives such as transport automation, township management systems, and sustainable waste-to-wealth projects.
