JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Accountable for digital marketing contribution to sales pipeline and revenue. Measurably increases the ROI

2. Owns the Demand Generation plan to enhance vivo's growth.

3. Enables the team to efficiently execute using multi-channel marketing and leveraging modern marketing tools and techniques.

4. Ensures continuous optimization of digital marketing activities through review and improvement of content and tactics while driving major campaigns focusing on end-customers

5. Leverages data and analytical insights to monitor campaign results and adapt strategy and execution as required

6. Builds and motivates a high-performing team. Ensures that their team has the competences and ability to address new market opportunities through techniques.


Qualifications:

1. 15+ years of experience in marketing for companies of which at least 10 in management positions

2. Practical knowledge of modern marketing methods and tools

3. Wide experience of demand generation tactics including digital/social marketing automation

4. Proven results in leading Demand Generation organizations

5. Excellent communication skills and presentation skills (in English)
