Role Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)
Role Description: Responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to business teams on HR-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Driving and strengthening Employee engagement practices.
- Drive Talent Management processes like Career Management, Performance management, Hi-potential management, Rewards and Recognition.
- Research and analyze employee trends to understand ways to increase employee engagement and retention
- Conflict Management, Grievance Resolutions, Employee Relationship, Disciplinary Proceedings.
- Responsible for managing communication on policies, business & HR updates, and other organizational developments.
- Track associate´s competency movement & data currency.
Qualifications
- MBA in HR (Full time)
- 3-7 years of experience in HRBP Profile
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Quick Joiners Preferred
