About this opportunity
We are looking for Project manager / Service Delivery Manager who will drive an internal digitalization platform and associated processes & interfaces.
What you will do
- To handle end to end delivery in all the phases of the project.
- To manage and identify new use cases , ensure the right prioritization linked with end-user feedback.
- Risk management and handle stakeholder expectations and escalations.
- Work with third party vendors and internal team for product development, testing and support.
- To ensure product and launch milestones are achieved.
- Drive change management around any new feature/module launch.
You will bring
- Minimum 10+ yrs of Experience.
- Excellent in Project Management , hands on experience in agile way of working.
- Should have handled software development project.
- Should have understanding of product management.
- Should be self-driven and able to perform under pressure.
- EriMatch platform experience
- Knowledge in Pega , analytics and data modeling, data Migration
- Having Product management experience
- Strong communication skills.
