What is ICSIL?

Intelligent Communication Systems India Ltd. is a joint venture of Telecommunication Consultants India Ltd. (TCIL), a Government of India enterprise, and Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC), an undertaking of Delhi government. ICSIL is a Government Company and is engaged in manpower outsourcing and HR to various government departments. ICSIL is also a designated as the IT Company of government of NCT Delhi. Vskills is an ICSIL initiative. ICSIL is managed by a Board of Directors – all Government nominees. The Chairman of the Board is the Managing Director of DSIIDC (Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation), who is an IAS officer. The Managing Director of ICSIL is from TCIL (Telecommunication Consultants India Limited).
