Copy, group, or rotate images on the drawing canvas
Copying Images on the Drawing Canvas
Select the Image – Click on the image you want to copy.
Use Copy Shortcut – Press Ctrl + C (Windows) or Cmd + C (Mac).
Paste the Image – Click anywhere on the canvas and press Ctrl + V (Windows) or Cmd + V (Mac).
Drag to Position – Move the copied image to the desired location.
Grouping Images on the Drawing Canvas
Grouping allows multiple images to move or resize as one unit.
1. Select Multiple Images
Click on an image.
Hold Shift and click on additional images to select them.
2. Group the Images
Microsoft Word/PowerPoint: Right-click > Group > Group.
Google Drawings: Click Arrange > Group.
3. Ungroup If Needed
Follow the same steps, but select Ungroup instead.
Rotating Images on the Drawing Canvas
1. Select the Image – Click on the image to activate rotation controls.
2. Use the Rotate Handle
A circular handle appears at the top of the image.
Click and drag to rotate freely.
3. Use Predefined Rotation Options
Microsoft Word/PowerPoint: Click Picture Format > Rotate > Choose 90° Left or 90° Right.
Google Drawings: Click Arrange > Rotate > Select the desired rotation.
