Manage/Drive Field Change Order and lead the MR S&SD Breakthrough improvements through FCO to impact the Service Delivery Performance Management in line with the Philips Excellence process framework (PEPF).
You are responsible for
· The FCO manager is responsible for managing/driving the FCO process from start until closure. This includes developing, maintaining, and facilitating the necessary processes and controls used in FCO design, deployment, FCO deliverables, UAL creation and maintenance processes. The FCO manager is also responsible for establishing or facilitating with operations, the necessary comprehensive reporting that will support Business Unit (BU). In addition to leaning out and automating FCO services, UAL creation and maintenance processes, FCO kit logistics, and participating in Philips Healthcare project initiatives.
· Development/improvement of processes for engagement with key contributors (e.g., BIU’s/BGs, Quality & Regulatory (Q&R), Reconciliation Team, FCO BPE, R&D, etc., as well as escalation processes that ensure execution of FCO meets targeted FCO project/program timelines.)
· Focus on Remote deployment and creating strategies to drive labor and material cost down and increase productivity of FCO deployment through smart strategies that can be proactive and interruption free to users.
· Chair the weekly FCO Control Board meeting.
· Create and distribute FCO implementation status reports (support from GBS).
· Initiate and drive improvement projects to lean out and automate FCO services where applicable.
· Monitor FCO Kit consumptions/orders against allocations and resolve order/delivery issues.
· Organizes and conducts regular periodic sync/handshake meetings with BU/Key Market representatives in order to maintain awareness of FCO status, issues, delays, upcoming milestones, etc.
· Participate and address (FCO related) requirements in the Service Max project.
· Participate in FCO project teams and advice R&D if necessary (request and design phase).
· Participate FCO Design Reference Group (Implementation) if required.
· Support/advice MR Suzhou, MR Helsinki in the FCO process and announce FCOs
· Work with F&A to keep the FCO cost as low as possible (FCO budget)
· Create the necessary reports/evidence for FCO closure and manage the FCO closure process.
May be responsible for oversight and execution of the design & development of internal employee learning programs for new developed products, services, software and/or solutions as well as new competency development of service staff, including new hires and change in service strategic direction.
