Role: Technical Scrum Master
Experience : 3 - 6 years
Bhubaneswar, Delhi - NCR, Remote Working
About the Job
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, along with a strong technical background. As a Technical Scrum Master you should be having technical understanding of the software development life cycle and be able to adapt to changing requirements and work across multiple projects.
Core Responsibilities
- Help the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Lead the scrum and development teams in Agile methodologies including self-organization.
- Remove impediments and coach the scrum team.
- Help the Scrum and Kanban development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
- Help the team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
- Support the product owner and provide education where needed.
Required Skills
- Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions.
- Excellent people and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- 3-6 years’ experience in a Scrum Master role.
- Required Scrum Master Certification (or greater) with certification proof.
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar field, preferred.
