JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the overall HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, employee engagement, payroll, performance management, and compliance. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a healthy and engaging work environment, managing benefits and compensation programs, developing policies, and implementing HR best practices.

Expertise in HR operations, employee relations,
recruitment, compliance, and performance management

Experience in developing and implementing HR
policies, procedures, and best practices

Excellent communication, negotiation, and
interpersonal skills

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and
decision-making skills

Ability to work independently and
collaboratively with cross-functional teams
·
Proven experience of minimum 3-5 years in all
aspects of HR functions

Thorough knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and
compliance requirements
·
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or related field
HR certification such as SHRM-CP or PHR is a
plus
