JOB DESCRIPTION

Education : Diploma in Mechanical Engg /
Production / Automobile

Experience : 3-5 years ( Experience in press shop & Automobile sector )

Monitor the development of tooling, update New Product Development Status periodically & update the progress of development to customer at regular interval. Do highlight the delay at any stage immediately to the management & if required to customer.

Schedule APQP Review Meeting twice a week & update the status in APQP timing plan. Do plan actions in case of any delay.

Follow-up with customer for samples approval. After getting samples approval, produce a pilot lot as per customer's order & dispatch it to customer with requisite documents.

Prepare PPAP documents & submit them to customer as per customer's requirement. Follow up with customer & get the PSW signed copy from him.

After completion of PPAP & pilot lot submission, hand over the part to regular production by completing Production Sign-Off process.

Update the PPAP documents in case of any drawing revision or process change or change decided in RCA or KAIZEN. If required by customer, submit the revised PPAP documents to customer. Follow up with customer & get the PSW signed copy from him.
