Job Responsibilities:
Key Result Areas for the candidate:
- Digital Calendar & Content Creation
- To create, nurture an active Social Media community for JBL, Infinity and Harman Kardon. To strive for effective and innovative Marketing initiatives which help in developing positive sentiment around Brand and enable faster consumer adoption aided by Community, Social, performance marketing thereby impacting Brand awareness and familiarity.
- Create content for all Social Media Channels
- Collaborate with Agency, Videographers, Multimedia Designers, Influencer Community to bring fresh initiatives, formulate plans and drive to execute E.g.: UGC, Engagement driving activations
- Identify relevant opportunities for content partnerships
- Stay current on the strategic digital landscape (consumers, competition, platforms, and technologies) and organize knowledge sharing with marketing stakeholders.
- Coordinate with Sales for execution of Trade specific programs Eg: LFR campaigns, Regional retail, jbl.com, AZ/FK teams.
- Explore potential value of social media sites that are not yet in Harman repertoire
- Platform Campaign Management
- Craft online campaigns to engage customers through product promotions across platforms
- Increase Brand Visibility across product categories within Audio/Electronics
- Manage legal approval of all promotional and merchandising content
- Coordinate execution of web content
- Creative, Portal Specific Campaign Banners, Employee Sale
- Lead strategic projects to enhance the overall web experience
- Manage Employee Sale campaigns to drive revenue within Organization and External Org
- Analyze traffic and revenue results for merchandising and promotional content
- Create processes to streamline and improve current business practices
- Reporting – Compilation and Dashboard Publication
- Analyze CTRs and revenue from multiple platforms to enhance marketing efforts and streamline creatives
- Create Monthly Newsletter (2 editions) to disseminate information to ensure customers and external stakeholders are up to date with NPI, Campaigns, Milestones
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience of minimum 7-10 years of Digital Medium Landscape.
· Willingness to travel 50% of the time
· HARMAN will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in India
· Any offer of employment is dependent on the successful completion of background investigation and drug screen process.
