JOB DESCRIPTION
As Business Transformation (Functional) Consultant, you are responsible to own the executing experience with regards to implementing planning applications. Your responsibilities will include functionally designing, technically configuring, integrating, and installing applications for our clients, as well as facilitating training for them.
Responsibilities
- Lead and participate in:
- Gather business requirements
- Analyze and transform to application requirements
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis
- Lead Functional Design approval process
- Strong interaction with development team to test and deliver the solution
- Assist customer during UAT
- Prepare and review documentation
- Working experience with Onsite & Offshore delivery model environment is preferred
- Subject matter in the following Supply and Demand Planning area:
- Inventory Planning
- Planning Horizons
- Modelling Supply Chain Constraints

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum of 5+ years professional industry experience.
- Masters or higher degree Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Analytics, or related fields with a concentration in Operations or Analytics
- Experience within JDA or O9 or Kinaxis or E2Open- ESP, FF and Demand modules with deep functional/domain expertise and hands on experiences in configurations, training, knowledge transfer, customer communications and documentation
- Led and managed minimum 2-3 full lifecycle JDA Supply Chain Planning implementations in large and complex environment
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills, coupled with a strong interest in further developing and integrating enterprise business processes with technology skills
- Knowledge of leading practices, bench marking, peer company environments and prior consulting experience relevant to industry specific business and technology functions
- Certifications and prior consulting experience highly preferred
