Variations in the principles of adult learning have become widespread talking topics in the development of training in the recent years. Self-Directing

Ensure that the training has suitable delivery techniques that can meet the needs of audio, visual, reading and writing, dependent and independent learning particularities. This will let a learner to learn through all of his/her senses.
Involvement
Adults should feel the sense of responsibility, control and decision-making through their learning. Therefore, they must get involve in the preparation, assessment and discussion of their learning process.
