A trainer supervises the developing training programs to enhance the performance of the company. They also keep a watch on the production of training materials such as manuals, course materials, videos and other tools for much effective training sessions. They schedule the in-house programs to boost their workplace performance.

A trainer has to keep the records for existing training programs to observe where the improvements are needed. They also analyze whether the sessions are helpful for the workers to improve their performances or not. They also meet their employees to answer their queries that arise from training or workplace.

Report to Management

Trainers meet with the management department regularly to report on the progress of training programs and to update them if there is an issue. They also suggest the adequate training budget and areas where more resources are needed. In addition to all this, a trainer updates everyone with the new technologies and tools in the area of development. This lets management know if the company needs to update its training programs.
