- Workshop Method- This method is used not only to encourage the participatory learning but also to make the best use of the skills of the trainee
- Practice in Participatory Evaluation of Training- A skilled trainer mainly involves in creating a team of facilitators of sustainable development, as foreseen in the framework of the ideas and activities. Practice in checking and assessing the effect of the training is necessary.
