  • Every human must be able to learn as everyone has the capabilities and abilities to learn. People can differ in their learning capabilities and the rate of learning, but nobody is there who cannot learn at all.
  • Trainees learn when they can observe that the training is useful for them.
  • Learning can improve drastically if the trainers deliver it in a proper way. They should define the objectives of learning and the details of each of its features such as pedagogy and planning of the facilities.
  • Learning has various levels that involve awareness, changes in the behavior and attitudes. It can even include mental process or only physical strength. Every level of training need some time, methods and resources.
  • As, the trainers and the companies where they work are always goal oriented, the objectives of training should be similar their goals as well as the companies goals.
  • Learning is a dynamic process and not an inactive one. Hence, all the learning should be able to ensure that the trainees have a proper contribution in the whole process.
