Here are various training methods that are necessary to make training memorable, which will keep trainees engaged and help them to attain more skills and knowledge:
Make learning fun: Why? Trainees will not be excited if training programs are dull. Rare employees react to or recall difficult models or philosophies; they want to gain practical knowledge about what they can do to get better outcomes today. If they do not find the message engaging, they will not recall it. Since change is the flavor of life, use various different training approaches to involve trainees in different ways. Also work to alternate the pace of each program to keep trainees’ attention level high.
Use humor: Humor can help to keep the interest at highest levels. Trainers can make a point more efficiently by using humor than by drowning trainees in information or philosophies. Avoid telling jokes, however, because humor is so independent that someone in your listeners may get hurt and lose path of training for the entire session. Personal and humor on self is the harmless way to go.
Use attractive packaging: Use resources that are influential and that interconnect value. Proficient packaging is an influential tool for setting a decent first impression.
Encourage participation: Make the program energetic by fetching trainees in the learning process. In fact, try to spend 80 percent of training time on group contribution. Motivate everyone in the training session to speak without restrictions and frankly, because learning happens most cheerfully when feelings are engaged.
