Good Lessons plan should be able to provide the following things to the trainees as well as to the trainers:
- Transparent strategies that will help the trainees to get clear perspectives on what is expected from them and why.
- Trainers should deliver input in various forms such as lectures, explanations, or giving a sample of what they expect the trainees to do. They should consider that trainees learn in various ways. They will have visual trainees who learn by looking at the ideas, notes, etc. While aural trainees learn better by hearing. On the other hand Kinesthetic trainees learn through practice and with some movements.
