Job Role: US Mortgage Underwriter (Work from home)
- Location – Kerala
We are seeking candidates with relevant US mortgage underwriting experience to join us. if you’re a graduate and carry relevant experience you can apply.
What We are Looking for:
- Knowledge about 4C’s (Credit, Capital, Capacity and Collateral)
- Graduates (with degree certificates)
- Minimum 1 Year experience is mandatory
- Comfortable with US Rotational Night Shifts
- Immediate Joiner
- Experience in Encompass Tool
- Knowledge about DSCR and Bank Statement income files is an added advantage
- Hands on experience with Credit analysis, Income Verification and Calculation.
- Knowledge about Fannie Mae (FNMA) and Freddie Mac (FHLMC) Guidelines
- Knowledge about Conventional / FHA / VA loans
- DTI/LTV Ratio Calculations to assess risk
