Job Description
Job Role: Transaction Monitoring (Crypto)
- Location: Noida
- Work Mode: 5 Days from Office
- Shift Timing: Night Shifts
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiner to 30 Days
- Experience required: 1 to 5 years
Main Responsibilities
- Investigate transaction monitoring alerts for suspicious activities (e.g., structuring, crypto-fiat conversion, high-risk jurisdictions).
- Leverage blockchain analytics tools (Chainalysis, TRM Labs, etc.) to trace funds and assess risk.
- Identify crypto-specific red flags across DeFi, NFTs, and cross-chain transactions.
- Validate Source of Funds/Source of Wealth, especially for crypto activities.
- Escalate confirmed cases for SAR/STR filings.
- Act as SME: provide guidance, training, and process improvements within the team.
Requirements:
- 2 years of AML/compliance experience with 2+ years in Transaction Monitoring (Sr. Analyst/SME level).
- Strong knowledge of blockchain, crypto markets, DeFi, and token standards (ERC-20, ERC-721).
- Experience with AML regulations across NA, EU & APAC (BSA, OFAC, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with tools like Chainalysis, TRM, Actimize, World-Check, etc.
- CAMS or similar certification preferred.
