Job Description
Job Role: AML / FCC Senior Business Analyst
- Location: Chennai
- Experience: 8-12 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Business Analysis & Solutions Consulting
- Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, data, and non-functional requirements; and support solution design.
- Conduct / drive stakeholder workshops to define scope, processes, and solution requirements.
- Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Perform gap analysis between current and target-state processes, systems, and data models.
Required Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Technology Consultant within Banking and Financial Services.
- Experience delivering IT projects involving AML, KYC, CDD, CLM, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, Fraud, or Case Management solutions, and working with technology delivery teams, architects, and product vendors.
- Strong background in requirements management, functional analysis, process modelling, and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with FCC products such as NICE Actimize, SAS, Symphony AI NetReveal, Fenergo, Fircosoft, OFSAA, Pega, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of FCC data structures, data mapping, integrations, workflows, and reporting processes.
