Job Role: FinCrime Operations Team Lead – AML Investigations

  • Location: Hyderabad

Our FinCrime team at Wise is expanding, and we are looking for a FinCrime Operations Team Lead – AML Investigations to join us in Hyderabad!

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping Wise compliant, leading a talented team of investigators, and scaling our operational processes to combat financial crime.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven team lead experience in AML Investigations/Fincrime Experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with a track record of driving operational metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • A passion for building a strong, inclusive team culture
