Job Role: Manager / Senior Manager – FCU

Eligibility:

  • Vertical: Fraud Control & Marine Recovery
  • Education: Graduation
  • Experience: 3 Years+
  • Location: Bangalore

Role & Responsibilities:

Police Complaints & Field Investigation-

  • Coordinate with law enforcement authorities and conduct visits to police stations as required.
  • Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of police complaint records.
  • Maintain and update MIS for regulatory reporting and internal tracking.

Investigation Support-

  • Assist in fraud investigations, including data analysis and case reviews.
  • Support interview processes and documentation of findings.
  • Contribute to the preparation and filing of investigation reports.
