Job Role: Appraisal Reviewer | US Mortgage
Verity Global Solutions looking for an experienced Appraisal Reviewer to join our US Mortgage team.
Details:
- 3+ years of relevant experience is mandatory
- Night Shift
- Bengalore
- WFH
Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyze residential appraisal reports.
- Ensure compliance with investor, agency, and lending guidelines.
- Validate property value, condition, and financing eligibility.
- Identify appraisal discrepancies and maintain quality standards.
- Review property types including Single-Family, Condo, Townhouse, Multi-Family (2–4 Units), and Manufactured Homes.
- Coordinate with AMCs, appraisers, and internal stakeholders when required.
Requirements
- Experience in US Mortgage Appraisal Review
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Graduate
