Special provisions relating to captains and other members of the crew of aircraft

Under Section 15A of the Act, these provisions have been stipulated. Thus as per the Section, this Act shall be applicable. Or, where the aircraft has been or is deemed to have been lost with all hands, within eighteen months of the date on which the aircraft was, or is deemed to have been so lost:

Thus, provided that, for compensation, the Commissioner may entertain any claim in any case that notwithstanding the claims. And also has not been preferred in due time as provided in this subsection. If the failure so to prefer the claim was due to sufficient cause satisfies him.
