Statutory Agencies And Their Powers For Enforcement Of The Act

The statutory agencies and their powers for the enforcement of the act are about the section3,4&6 of the factory act, 1948. As factory act is for the welfare of the workers working in the factories, which includes both men and women in it.

This empowers the state government to make rules, giving reference to the time of the day. These rules when planned involve the specific area, mean time i.e. ordinarily followed. Therefore, the authority gives the order to observe the given time in all and every factory irrespective of the area.
