Offences by companies

Under this Act offences by companies – at the time the offence was committed if the person committing an offence is a company.The Section 30 of the Act states the Offences and penalties. Hence, provides that if there is an engagement of an apprentice by an employer. Who isn’t qualified for the position offered. Else, fails to bring out the terms and conditions of a contract of the apprenticeship. Then every person who, it was in charge of, and was responsible to, the company.
