Some examples of such information generally termed confidential information are: names and telex addresses of the company’s manufacturers and suppliers and the terms of their individual contracts, the negotiated prices paid by the company, the names of overseas buying agents through whom the company has dealt, the company’s new ranges, actual or proposed, information as to the requirements (such as styles) of the company’s customers, details of the company’s current negotiations, information on the company’s current ‘fast moving’ lines.

Other examples of confidential information are: financial information, business and marketing plans, business formulae, compilations of information and records, including information relating to research, development, inventions, names of customers and potential

customers, trade secrets, know-hows, samples, techniques, specifications, drawings, designs, design concepts, processes and testing methodologies.
