Change Case is a feature used to rectify the typing mistakes to save time in rectifying any error. The Change Case feature facilitates in changing their appearance without typing the same content again.
The following steps are taken to implement the Change Case feature
- Select the text of whose case you wish to change
- Select the Format menu
- Choose the Change Case option
The types of cases that appear in the Change Case dialog box are
- Sentence case: This option is used to convert the first character of the sentence into capital letter
- Lowercase: This option is used to convert the selected text into small letters
- Uppercase: This option is used to convert the entire text selected into capital letters
- Title Case: This option is used to convert only the first characters of each word of the selected text into capital letters
- tOOGLE cASE: This option is used to reverse the case of the selected text, i.e., capital letters gets converted into small letter and vice versa. The tOOGLE cASE is used when Caps Lock key is used accidentally while typing text
